TurnkeyHQ text messages

TurnkeyHQ, a service of Alchemical AI LLC, sends text messages to TurnkeyHQ account holders who turn them on in their account. This program does not text your clients or anyone else, and no phone numbers are bought, rented or imported for it.

What you receive

A short daily summary: the day’s top items and one to-do, with the full version by email.
Alerts about your account, such as a missed call to your business line.
Replies from the TurnkeyHQ assistant when you text a question to our number: a short answer by text, and the full answer in your dashboard chat.

How to opt in

Sign in, open Integrations, find Text messages, enter your mobile number and tick the box. The box is unticked until you tick it. Texts are optional: they are not required to sign up, to pay, or to use any other feature, and you can withdraw consent on the same page at any time.

This is the opt-in exactly as it appears inside your account. It is shown here so anyone can review it; nothing on this page signs you up.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies. Summaries and alerts are limited to two a day. Replies come only when you text us, up to twenty a day. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to stop at any time. Reply START to turn texts back on. Reply HELP for help, or email support@alchemicalai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and consent are used only to send these texts. They are not shared or sold to third parties, affiliates or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Read the text-message terms and the privacy policy on mobile information.
